Slot Machine
A classic 3-reel, one-line slot with real "virtual reel" odds. Play it, then see the exact probability of every win, the return to player, and why short sessions swing so wildly.
Now on the medal floor
This slot machine now plays with your medals from the Medal Game Center — the same medals as every other machine there. Its old separate count, which started at 500, is retired. Everything else, the session statistics included, works as before.

Medals are for playing the games on this site only. They are not money: they cannot be bought, cashed out or exchanged for anything.
These are your medals from the Medal Game Center, shared by every machine there. The daily bonus and the reset are on its front page. Go to the Medal Game Center

Virtual reels and the near miss
Bar length is how many of the 64 virtual stops land on each physical stop. The 7 owns a single virtual stop, but the blanks right above and below it own six each.
So a 7 shows just off the payline twelve times as often as on it. The "almost jackpot" you keep seeing is designed in — it does not mean a jackpot is due.

- 7 on the payline (each reel)
- 1 / 64 = 1.56%
- 7 just above or below the payline
- 12 / 64 = 18.75%
- Jackpot (7-7-7)

- 7-7 and a 7 just off the line

If all 22 physical stops were equally likely, the jackpot would be 1 in 10,648 and this near miss only 2× as common.
FLOOR JACKPOT
+ 1% of every medal played goes to the floor jackpot: the site adds 1 medal for every 100 you play, on top of what you play. Nothing is taken out of it, so this machine’s own return is exactly as shown.
Each medal played is also a 1 in 150,000 chance to win the whole pool, which starts again at 1,000 medals once it is won. In the long run it brings back 1.67 medals for every 100 played, but only in the long run: most players never win it.
It is for players who are signed in and have joined the floor, on the first 20,000 medals each plays in a day (Japan time) at the linked machines, with one floor jackpot a day at most.
Like the rankings, the floor jackpot is for fun. The medals played that feed it are what players’ browsers report: the site checks each report against what that machine allows, but it cannot prove it. The draw itself is made on the site’s server, never in a browser.
Linked machines: Medal Pusher, Slot Machine, Calico Janken, Roulette & Martingale, Three Card Poker, Big Catch Harbor, Mini Turf Racing, Ball Bingo, Star Festival Big Wheel, High & Low Ladder, Moonlit Sic Bo, Whale Isle Sugoroku, Candy Shop Medal Maze, Video Keno, Hot Spring Smart Ball, Goldfish Lantern Pachinko, Cherry Blossom Carousel, Onsen Shooting Gallery.
How fast does the return converge?
Bet one medal a spin for many spins and track your observed return. The shaded band is where 95% of players would be after that many spins.
What happens in a real session?
Simulate many players who each sit down with the same number of medals and bet the same every spin, until they run out of spins or medals.
